Mindfl tracks progress in three ways. The Journey tab shows your path through each module. Every completed lesson is checked off and the next one is highlighted. The Reflect tab grows a garden as you practice, with new plants for milestones. And every completed session earns petals, which you can see in the top right of the Home tab.

Petals are a small reward for showing up. You earn 50 petals each time you complete a meditation, story, or journal entry. They unlock new plant species in your garden. There's no leaderboard and no streak pressure. Petals are just a quiet way to see your practice add up over time.

Offline listening is not yet available. Meditations currently require an internet connection to stream. We're working on adding offline support in a future update.

You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, and select Mindfl to cancel or modify your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Free users get the first module of the Discover Mindfl journey (12 lessons), the entire Mending Season series, the entire Mindfulness in Rome series, plus free daily sessions on Monday and Friday. Premium subscribers unlock everything: all 5 journey modules, every series including The Night Library, The Waiting Room, Breath of the World, and The Inner Lives, plus daily sessions every day of the week.

Yes. Many meditations have multiple narrators. You can set your preferred voice in Settings under "Preferred Voice", and individual lessons let you switch narrators on the player screen if more than one is available.

Go to Settings and toggle on Push Notifications. We'll send a gentle reminder around your preferred time, which you set during onboarding and can change anytime in Settings under Your Practice.

Go to Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, journal entries, garden, petals, and subscription claim from our servers. Note: cancelling your Apple subscription is a separate step. Manage that through your Apple ID settings.

Yes. The narration in Mindfl is produced using AI voice synthesis. Every script is written by our team. Only the voice delivery is AI-generated. We disclose this so you know what you're listening to.
