1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Mindfl application ("App") or visiting our website at getmindfl.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.
2. Description of Service
Mindfl is a meditation and mindfulness application that provides guided meditation sessions, a reflection journal, journey paths, and a virtual garden that grows with your practice. The App is available on iOS devices.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier: Mindfl offers free access to select guided sessions and core features.
Mindfl Premium: Premium subscriptions unlock all current and future series, journey paths, and the complete plant store. Available plans:
- Monthly: $7.99/month
- Annual: $39.99/year
Both plans include a 7-day free trial for eligible users.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. Mindfl does not process payments directly — all billing is handled by Apple.
5. Your Content
Journal entries, photos, and audio recordings you create within Mindfl ("Your Content") remain your property. Your Content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. We do not access, review, or moderate journal entries.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Mindfl — including guided meditation audio, text, graphics, icons, images, and the garden system — is owned by Mindfl or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
8. Health Disclaimer
Mindfl is designed to support general wellness and mindfulness practice. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Mindfl is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services.
9. Availability and Changes
We strive to keep Mindfl available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App's Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your account data from our servers. Locally stored journal entries will remain on your device until you delete the App.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindfl and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindfl from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of Mindfl after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
